Genetics and Associates, a Sonic Healthcare USA company is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced, board-certified Director of Molecular Pathology to join our laboratory team in the Nashville, Tennessee area. While fellowship training in molecular pathology is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Qualifications:

Board-certified Pathologist, physician in a specialty other than pathology, or a doctoral scientist with specialized training and/or relevant experience in molecular pathology.

  • Experience in oncology molecular and cellular tumor markers, as well as virology for molecular methods, is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of laboratory training or experience in high-complexity testing.
  • Clinical research experience and publication of work are preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of clinical testing processes and procedures.
  • Laboratory or manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
